Stage One of the development was a Design & Construct package for a Bunnings Trade Centre - and was proudly delivered to the Bunnings Group ahead of schedule and under budget.
Stage Two
Existing approvals for Stage Two include a wide range of uses from showroom through to warehousing.
Storco Self Storage has committed to developing over 9000m2 of the available land leaving only 2 sites left for sale. Alternatively the 2 sites can be combined.
